Relaxed work environment, good company culture, a lot of learning to be made.

Cons

No housing relocation, Vero Beach is a somewhat expensive town

Good place to get experience then move on to something better

Pros

Good pay in some areas. Good place to get some aviation experience. Work is generally not too difficult. And main benefits are OK. Some extra benefits that other companies may not have IE onsite health care, employee gym.

Cons

Terrible communication especially between mid and upper management. on-going issues tend to not be addressed to make some jobs easier, even though that is their own process. Most people have been lied to about some aspect of their job, mostly about overtime. Lots of overtime, especially towards end of year. moving up can take a long time.
