      Pros

      There really are no pros at this time. It is like a sinking ship.

      Cons

      The good old boy mentality from the CEO down to his COO, Quality & Production Management team are running the place into the ground. No raises, no balance of family and work life, benefits going up with terrible health coverage. Lots of bullying going on and nobody does anything about it. Wants the community to think this is a great place to work when indeed it is just the opposite.

      Pros

      Many excellent people, both on the Shop Floor, and in Supervisory & lower level Management positions. For the most part, a good work environment where people do their best to help one another... Everyone (short of Senior Leadership) does their best to make a quality product with dated tools, no formal training or written work instructions. In spite of all this, they manage to deliver an amazing finished product!

      Cons

      Extremely poor Executive Team from the President & CEO on down through the Director ranks (with very few exceptions). No accountability of Senior Leadership to the "rank & file". No plan to actually fix any of the broken legacy processes; just Senior Leaders that look out for one another, with no real concern for the future of the company or the people. They "talk the talk", but totally fail when it comes to "walking the walk".

      Another dead end job

      Pros

      Good people on the floor. Hard working trying to make good product. I would advise if you are a skilled person then look elsewhere. Unless you have family working here or enjoy cliques you won't like it here. Ideal place to work if you can't find anything else or are just looking for a paycheck.

      Cons

      Bad management, cliques and nepotism is strong, wasteful spending on making management comfortable while production works with outdated tools and technology. High out of pocket for benefits, low to no raises or incentives for production. No growth incentive. It's a "do all you can do for the company while we walk all over you" environment.
