      Pros

      Good benefits for healthcare and 401k options.

      Cons

      Not the most stable with high turnover of employees AND management.

      Pros

      Small general aviation OEM in a great location, on the coast in SE Florida. Current leadership have the right ideas to bring Piper out of the 70's but we're still waiting for them to be implemented.

      Cons

      Too much turmoil and management / ownership turnover. Key management positions occupied by people that have no experience outside of Piper, and if they do it's with non-aircraft businesses.

      Hard to move up the ladder. Some management need reorganization to improve system of work.
