      Pros

      PTO flexible, decent benefits, hard to get fired, good place to learn and get experience in aviation

      Cons

      Where to start, pay sucks, little to no raises, no incentive for going above and beyond, buddy buddy system for incompetent management, roof leaks, outdated infrastructure.

      Pros

      Bills are prioritized to keep the water running and the electricity on Roof doesn't leak anymore Air conditioned manufacturing facilities 60 hour weeks are postponed, for now Frozen hot pockets in snack area

      Typical of General Aviation

      Pros

      Hey! It's general aviation. If you are enthusiastic about the industry, there will be much to like. I worked with many good people - especially in my department.

      Cons

      Since the 1970's, Piper - like most GA companies - has struggled to find good owners and CEOs. If you want to work here, you will simply have to accept the fact that you will get a red forehead - from banging it on the wall too often as you consider the next bofo decision handed down.
