Pros

PitchBook University was a great tool to understand the world of VC and PE and this was regardless if you were in a sales or any support role.

Cons

I saw people wanting to grow with the company - but little opportunity for people who weren't a favourite of team members or management. I witness one rule for one and another for someone else. Also, wasn't keen on teethering personal data from mobile phone when the internet went down. There was a lack of trust that people would wok from home.

- The people who work here are generally great - The company is pretty stable, even throughout uncertainty during COVID - Opportunities for growth depending on position/department

Cons

- The company is still growing up and has standard growing pains - Compensation may be less than other bigger companies in the metro area
