Amazing opportunity and flexibility to pursue good projects. Grow list of benefits and perks. The people here are the best thing about the company. I've never met so many truly wonderful, smart, and caring people.
Cons
Executive team still wants to be very involved in the decision making process but there is simply too much for them to keep track of. They need to develop a second tier of leadership that they can trust and empower.
