      Good culture and fun working environment

      It’s a younger crowd which comes with pros and cons. Cons being less mature group of people and lower than average salaries. Great place to start a career though.

      - fun work environment - really cool industry - great product - good executive leadership team

      Cons

      - management is not industry savvy when it comes to private markets and the people we talk to as a sales org - low pay and unclear promotional competencies - focus is on volume and not developing sales skills. - many outside hires for higher up positions that make it hard to move up internally - lack of transparency between middle management and teams - oversaw instances of racial/ethnic harassment
