Pros

Decent salary, good people, give you the option to travel, really nice offices.

Cons

Highly competitive, my manager never had my back, had deals I closed where I didn't get paid because my manager didn't have my back and gave the deal to more senior sales people. No stock options

Pros

good office good snacks cool people happy hours and events weekly

Cons

Despite branding itself as a finance company, the culture is dominated by frat-like sales energy rather than financial or technical expertise. Leadership seems to prioritize hitting numbers. For a company of this size, the work-from-home flexibility is surprisingly rigid — micromanagement is common, and there’s little trust in employees to manage their own time. The pay is also awful.
