      Interesting company to work for. Learned a decent amount.

      Cons

      Terrible company to work for. Too young to understand wants and needs,. Staff is highly immature.

      Thank you for the feedback. I am glad to hear you saw the opportunities for employees to grow and be successful at PitchBook. We have done a significant amount of promotion from within at PitchBook over the years and our management training program did not keep up with our needs. I am happy to share that we are launching our new management training program in June which will provide training and development opportunities for all people-managers at PitchBook.

      I Love My Job

      Pros

      1. The new organizational structure and leadership have greatly improved the Research Department over the last couple of months. I am relatively new at PitchBook but have been able to witness the metamorphosis that this department has gone through. There is still a lot of work to be done but I truly believe that we are going in the right direction. 2. I love working with every one of my co-workers. 3. The company events are really cool and something that we did not do at my previous company.

      Cons

      1. There are growing pains in our processes that need to be improved. This is something that is being addressed but can still make some day-to-day tasks frustrating.
