      -Building space is very nice -Coffee onsite -People -Company events

      Cons

      -Compensation -Some of the leadership - Still has some growing up to do.. there is a lot of fresh out of college employees so it can be immature at times.

      Good culture, young, collaborative, fun atmosphere to be in. Develop people skills.

      Cons

      The role is not what is it made out to be. No analytical component, pure data entry. Internal system is terrible and has no ability to scale. Compensation is the worst I have seen in Seattle. Management continues to say they are going to improve things, but nothing gets done. Research had the worst rating in the company for employee happiness. The company looks to save every penny at the expense of employees.
