      Pros

      Great company culture. Lots of team/company-wide events to keep things fun. Decent opportunities to move up within company (at least on sales/client success side).

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to similar companies in Seattle. There's a decent amount of turnover, as it seems employees come straight out of college, gain experience for 1-2 years, and then leave for better-paying jobs in the area.
