Pros
I've been working in the newly opened London office in Covent Garden for about 6 months now. It's a rapidly growing team and a lot of fun to be a part of. The office culture is lively and collaborative, and the and the Seattle startup culture has really filtered through to us. The team in Seattle are easy to communicate with, provide us with great support and always take on board our ideas. There are clear routes for career progression, especially as there is culture of promoting from within. We also have a dazzling array of teas, and do a fruit run every Monday. The company has a great product, and its been exciting to successfully expand into Europe.
Cons
The company is transitioning from being a start-up company into a cross-continental market leader. As such, are there are certain processes that are not yet formalised. Personally, I enjoy working in this more fluid structure, although some may not.
