      Poor Leadership, Great Workers. Learn from Glassdoor reviews!

      Pros

      Nice view of the sound. Cool workspace.

      Cons

      Workers are worried about being fired for random reasons. It is hard to focus when senior management changes direction constantly. Bonus program is hit or miss and makes no sense. Favoritism is the only way to get promoted.

      Good co-workers, good product. Thats it!

      Cons

      Management really lacks here. Not a fun culture to work in. Co-workers are great, but most aren't genuinely happy about what they are doing. We are overworked and dont get the praise we need. Make sure you do your research before you think about working here.

      Pros

      The company is absolutely thriving. As a current employee of PitchBook I find most of the posts laughable. As a fast growing company, there are times when certain people can not keep up and they feel it necessary to take a shot at the management team on the way out. Employees (regardless of age) are given responsibility and make an impact immediately. Those who work hard and prove themselves are promoted quickly and PitchBook is very serious about promoting from within. Those who have posted negative comments on Glassdoor will probably continue to post negative comments about their next employer, and their next employer. The talent that walks in the front door every day is truly second to none. There is a reason why people have, and are leaving some of the best tech companies in the country to come work at PitchBook. If you are serious about making an impact and what to make your mark on a company I would highly encourage you to come meet the PitchBook team, you won't regret it.

      Due to the rate at which PitchBook is growing the office seems to be shrinking.
