      -Fun company culture -Elite work life balance -Office is top notch (free cold brew, beer, coffee, snacks, kombucha) -people for the most part are awesome. i've found EQ to be very high amongst managers and leaders -Industry leading product -Tons of opportunity for career growth

      -Job can be a grind sometimes -Recently switched from 3 to 5 days mandatory in office

      Forcing 5 days in office company after years of hybrid work Flatlining growth Senior leadership seems to think endless internal meeting, and major process changes every few months will fix it hasn’t helped and has only made it a worse place to work.

      Pros

      Learned a lot of information about Private Markets, and this helped me in moving to International education, good colleagues.

      Cons

      Money was good but needed to be substantial with the effort of manual labour put in for 8 hours, did not adopt AI in the early stage and now is going to use in the work, work is monotonous and repetitive but does not matter if you only come for money.
