      There's room for growth here and the people are generally really enjoyable. Unlimited PTO.

      the people are awesome to work with

      horrible management, horrible direction (no direction), company slides and talk track sounds like its written by AI with the most buzz words, tech stack is outdated, theyre slow to make change, RTO tanked what was already bad morale and company refuses to acknowledge it

      Good benefits overall and nice colleagues

      Cons

      Avoid if you are looking for a work-life balance. The five-day RTO policy has significantly affected morale across the office. While it was introduced under the banner of improving collaboration, the day to day reality does not reflect that.
