When comparing to the industry standard for call center pay and benefits (medical and time off) they are the leader.
Cons
Pitney Bowes is run like the stereotypical large conglomerate business. Decisions are made based on profitability alone, with zero regard to current market trends or employee impact. For a company to expect to stay competitive and feel marketing their product is of no value is short sighted thinking. Local management decisions are made based upon favoritism vs. ability to perform the job.
