      The scheduling isn't hard to work around.

      Cons

      The work environment is downright hostile from the other employees. When asking for help from anyone, you are likely to get an eyeroll at best and screamed at at worst.

      One higher-up in particular is an awful micromanaging individual. Ultimately quit the company after a promotion that made them my boss.
