      Pros

      I as salaried professional. Work from home. Great boss who didn’t micro manage just asked us to accomplish our work and keep the client happy.

      Cons

      No upward mobility. Constantly reorganizing. Very little opportunity to learn new skills or move to other departments. They talk a good game but don’t deliver.
