Pros

Great company! Very competitive benefits. Fast paced, keeping the job interesting. Adoption of new technologies and skills empowers personal growth. The company is bringing in bright and energetic talent that support Marc L.'s re-branding of the company. The new hires are motivated, work great in teams and are well equipped to operate in a matrix environment.

Cons

Still too many of the "old guard" remain within the organization that refuse to change. They live in the past ignoring the fact that the industry and the customer needs have changed endangering the long-term future of the company.
