Pros

This company has taught a very important and it's that just because you are a certain age doesn't mean you can't lead! Pitney is still the leader in mailstream solutions and will be for a long time. Innovation is key and we are doing just that everyday!

Cons

I do hope that one day organizations in general follow the ideas of their front line staff and field representatives. As a client facing employee I feel that all the tools should be handed to me vs other parts of the organization. That's a con for most companies.

Those actually doing the work are very hard working and dedicated.

Cons

Inability to develop innovative, relevant products. Unrealistic product roadmap, excessive spending on advertising and events, IT infrastructure a complete disaster, ongoing hiring of senior leaders from outside the company who add little value.
