      great work-life balance with flexible hours. Low employee expectations

      Cons

      Pay is much lower for positions. Too many overseas workers for team cohesiveness Upper management is consistently provided inaccurate reports and status. Very little opportunity for promotion - need to change jobs to get anything besides a ~2% raise.
