In recent years their reputation has dropped and they are considered unstable. Employees are laid off on a very regular basis. New hires come in to get whatever work needs to get done and a year or so late they are laid off. Its a sad cycle. The focus has shifted to the shareholders and c-suites and no longer are the employees the nucleus or concern for the company. Loyalty has long gone away and has been replaced with corporate greed.

Poorly managed by senior management and executives, lack of common goals to improve company over the last 10 years leading to financial decline and many layoffs year after year. No job security, minimal staff expected to work long hours, lack of prioritization of projects with tight timelines and not enough people
