      Pros

      Work life balance is fantastic. Some days come home early with full day of pay non-commission based. Great Health Care

      Cons

      When needing help when on a machine you are totally unaware of almost little to no help leaving you stuck for hours having to give an expeted eta to client whom is a high value client, not being able to give any sort of concrete answer rubs both client and tech the wrong way.
