      Salary/Offer is the only things to mention

      Cons

      This Organisation is not really for Software/technical stuff. Management people are non technical and sitting because they are working there since years. Don't fall for the Salary offered from company, they require lot of struggle to close the position, Nobody is joining. No Work Life Balance Survey - great place to work is really fake. Average people are working less than year or two because of the dominating culture.

      Few projects are very good, team was supportive.

      Cons

      1. Work culture - few projects are literally hell 2. Hire and fire policy - Pitney Bowes generally hires on third party payroll so that if somebody gets layoff, then they wont get blame. Note: PB is firing existing employees so don't join even if you are getting good compensation.
