Pros

Stable company, and good colleagues

Cons

Backtracks on promises and declining industry which leads to unexpected layoffs, low increments and promotion upside. Leadership has kept changing over past few years which doesn’t give the best sentiment about future.

Good Company to Work For

Pros

The upper management is very communicative and lets the employees know about everything that is going on in the company (good and bad). The employees are friendly and great to work with, including the managers. They are very flexible with time off, with PTO being given immediately upon hire.

Cons

The pay is very low for the amount of work required. There are multiple systems to learn/navigate but the training is minimal, so there's not really enough time to learn everything you need to know. The benefits are good but very expensive.
