Pros

Some of the people there are pretty cool and if you can manage to move up then you won't have to deal with as many issues as you would working on the warehouse floor. But again good luck with that because how everything goes for here is based on whether you are a "favorite" or not.

Cons

A lot of people who are "favorites" get away with coming back from breaks and lunch great with no repercussions. A lot of people who have been there a few years also do virtually no work and they look the other way. Some people can come in late every day or call off multiple times a week and they don't care and others will be fired for doing the same thing. Also if you actually need a job that provides you hours don't come here. They haven't had a full week in months they have no work. This is also the only job I've ever had that only gives you a half-hour lunch and doesn't pay for it. They want you to make it up by coming in early or staying late (4 hours) in order to actually be able to get your 40 hours. But as of right now, you can't even get more than 20-30 hours because they have no work there.

No pros at all zero

Cons

Work for 2nd shift at warehouse in Odenton md we get double the work because first shift is allowed to leave every day without complaining there truck so we have to run the rest of there truck plus ours / 1st shift never parent but they expect 2nd shift to parent and run the ambis at the same time / we work Sunday through Thursday 2nd shift and 1st shift works Monday through Friday we have to come in early on Sundays which turns into a double 14hr shift every Sunday first shift is supposed to work Monday through Friday and close every Friday but instead they have 2nd shift mandatory Friday working a whole 12 plus ours and let’s 1st shift go home early every Friday even though they are scheduled for Monday- Friday when instead they should have 2nd shift come in 5pm to 9pm Fridays to help out but they keep us a whole shift and god forbidde your tired they well yell at you for standing tryna catch your breath

Pros

The benefits provided are great with ample pto and sick time. Health benefits are well established and there is a great EAP program for employees.

Cons

Although the company says they are a diverse employer with plenty of opportunities for growth, it does seem like the "growth" is only there for individuals who market themselves to the right contacts, whether or not they have the skills. More deserving individuals are often overlooked or ignored completely if they aren't vocal enough in useless meetings.
