Pros

Pitney Bowes is more than a place to work - it is a dynamic environment where innovation and excellence thrive. The company's supportive community and commitment to growth inspire everyone to be their best. With a focus on making a positive impact, Pitney Bowes demonstrates a genuine concern for both success and social responsibility. It's a place where collaboration and mutual respect foster a sense of belonging, and I'm grateful to be part of such a dedicated team.

Cons

While PB excels in many areas, there are opportunities for improvement. Balancing innovation with stability and improving communication channels could help combat change fatigue and ensure that everyone is aligned with the company's goals. Despite these challenges, the company's commitment to growth and supportive community remain strong assets.

Pros

Excellent growth opportunities. Respect of management and coworkers. Friendly work environment. Excellent benefit packages and competitive pay scale. Work/life balance a high priority.

Cons

Senior management changes have resulted in a refocus of company objectives and structure. There has been a reduction in employees that has been unsettling but, should be beneficial in the long run.
