Cons

Like any organization that evolves to stay ahead, Pitney Bowes has undergone significant transitions over the past few years. While change can be challenging, these shifts have been necessary to ensure long-term success and industry leadership. Adjusting to new processes and structures takes time, but ultimately, they position us for a stronger future.

Pros

Pitney Bowes has been an amazing company. I hate to admit, I joined for a "job", but I have stayed for the career. 34+ years and I have never had a manager or team that have not allowed and encouraged me to grow both personally and professionally. Top benefits: • Latitude to participate in growth projects to expand knowledge and, eventually, step up into a new role. • Encouragement to move across disciplines. In my case from Client Support, Service, Technical Consulting, Sales & Sales Management, Training, Partner Operations, and Sales Enablement • When my daughter was injured, PB allowed me all the flexibility necessary to manage her medical needs. Overall, an incredible opportunity that has allowed me (and hopefully you) to have an amazing career.

Cons

Historically, the biggest challenge was PB's conservative approach to change and new ideas. With our new growth and direction, change, ideas and input are welcomed. A reality more than a "Con": while PB embraces agile employment and work-life balance, with the speed of the new change there are times where project timelines require some personal sacrifice in order to meet deadlines. But even when this is necessary, know that it is seen, acknowledged, and rewarded.

Pros

People - the people I work with are professionals and have a great work ethic. Our culture is family as we celebrate work and family milestones together. Work - the work is challenging. I have been with Pitney Bowes for 25 years and in that time the work is never stale. We continuously develop new features and products that keeps the interest and learning path at a high level. Career Path - there are technical and managerial career paths at Pitney Bowes. Management assists employees to advance.

Cons

At times the pace to deliver can be stressful. Need to work with manager to avoid burnout.
