      Ok money, good people, arnp on staff, modern equipment that sells itself, easy goals and little bonuses if you have any people skills

      Cons

      Constantly worrying if you’ll have a job next week, has turned into a classic call center, talk time and various metrics are top priority instead of revenue or clients.
