Pros

*The flexibility to work remotely is a significant advantage. *The company operates on a pay-for-performance model, which is motivating and rewarding. *Under new leadership, the company’s performance in the market has strengthened. *The shift towards operating more as a business and less as a family has been beneficial; retaining talent that is performing over people who have been here for years and grandfathered in that are no longer performing or bought into the new mission and vision. *Having been with the firm for over 20 years, I’m pleased to see the “good old boys club” fading away. I feel more recognized for my contributions than I ever did before. *The company is forward-thinking and innovating for the future. *I appreciate the recognition and support of women in the workplace. *Fair compensation for the work and effort put in. *Shemin Nurmohamed, as EVP and President of SendTech, is a strategically strong leader driving significant growth and innovation. *401k match increase is greatly appreciated!

Cons

*The bureaucracy can sometimes be frustrating and hinder swift decision-making. *There are occasional delays in action and implementation. *A few remaining business partners exhibit unprofessional behavior, which can be challenging to work with. *All companies are experiencing health costs increase, this is a general con. I think I would face this anywhere I work and find it frustrating.

Pros

I really appreciate the flexibility to work from home, which helps me maintain a good work-life balance. I’m surrounded by highly skilled and talented colleagues, which makes for a collaborative and innovative work environment. There are plenty of opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company. The company offers various learning and development programs that help me enhance my skills and knowledge. I enjoy having a flexible work schedule, allowing me to manage my time effectively. The vacation packages are generous, giving me ample time off to recharge and spend time with family and friends. The company provides a competitive match on 401k contributions, which is great for my long-term financial planning.

Cons

The health benefits provided have limited coverage, which doesn’t always meet my needs. The health benefits can be quite costly, which is a concern for me. There are limited opportunities for travel to meet face-to-face with coworkers, which impacts team bonding and collaboration.
