Pros

People are quite passionate for a company that's going nowhere

Cons

The benefits meet the most minimum level that is acceptable to anyone with any self-worth. The company has moved away from an environment that promoted/accepted working from home, which is very ironic given the recent ad campaign that promotes the company as looking forward and engaging in 21st century commerce

Pros

Excellent people with a lot of talent. Departmental cohesiveness and tremendous support. Allowed to focus on my work with little managerial oversight.

Cons

Continuous pressure to produce revenue with little to no recognition of a job well done. A high level of risk avoidance and finger pointing rather than solving problems across functional teams.

Pros

Comparable pay but little chance for advancement. Rewards for outstanding performance. Car allowance. 40 hour work week but some weekends required.

Cons

Very high amount of travel and large territory means high amount of customer down time leading to upset customer base.
