Pros

PB invests in the learning, development and growth of their employees. With employees all over the globe, career opportunities from driven individuals is unlimited. Recent leadership changes has revitalized our technology road map and we're doing some very exciting things. In Boulder, we have Bagel Fridays, free soda, catered meals once a month, international travel opportunities, and a close-knit team of top-notch technical people working on best in class geocoding and customer communication technology. Flexible working environment - ability to work from home as needed. Very casual dress "code." Ton's of opportunity to learn and grow in your career.

Cons

Bureaucracy - getting things done internally can be harder than it needs to be. Understandable given the company size and not unlike other organizations I've worked in. Better team work between product management and engineering would help us be more effective in delivering to customers

Not a good place to work

Pros

The pay was good. It was a job that paid the bills. Good benefits. The cafeteria was affordable, which I appreciated.

Cons

I was employed through a temp agency. Our training was only one week long, and we were thrown onto the floor with very little knowledge. When I had a special family circumstance to attend to, they ended my assignment without even an attempt to understand my situation. I had a good supervisor, but otherwise, the management was very out of touch with the employees. Really disappointed.

Pros

Love the environment-busy with the different Inside Sales Teams. We also have Supply Sales Teams here, operations, dispatchers and services. Spokane Center is focused on a positive work environment. Kitchen and coffee shop here every day in addition to a nurse on duty daily. Management always coaching and mentoring staff-open to new ideas.

Cons

This is a return on investment company. Quotas and daily achievement is important. These are not cons however you do need to know that we are focused on numbers.
