Great place to work now, they're finally getting it right

New CEO is finally steering the company in a sustainable direction. Generally, their compensation and benefits are at or above the market. They're really focusing on the culture.

Cons

Is still a little stodgy. Most of their business is the old school mailing business. Will take time for a real transformation.

Decent salary and benefits and overall the team was good. Dominant player in what is a declining market segment provides some near term stability.

Cons

Management does not have a vision for the future. Sole focus on maximizing revenue from existing accounts with little new business development. Execs obsessed with making sure people are sitting in their cubicles regardless of the degree of the amount of peer interaction is required complete assignments.

Cons

Performance is based on unachievable goals. lots of dishonesty, you'll never get truth in performance when managers are given bonuses for manipulating numbers. Also absolute horrible customer call and dispatch system.
