great work life balance and rewards/recognition program. Also PB has a wonderful training platform.

Cons

Unrealistic quotas with some of the senior level sales positions and base salaries need to be increased.

I was hired as an external hire because they wanted to bring in fresh ideas to rejuvenate the culture there. Unfortunately the support system from upper management did not coincide with this message. The leadership and training support is non-existent. Company values are communicated one way, but followed by management a different way. Huge company with outdated technology in a dying industry.
