Pros

Company gives you the proper training and tools to get the job done. Places customer service as a key factor in retaining accounts.

Cons

Dwindling margins have made bonus' and merit increases a thing of the past. Layoffs and pay cuts are now the norm. Every time HR shows up people scurry under tables in fear of the Grimm Reaper.

Good work life balance HR policies are employee friendly Good opportunities work from home facility

Cons

They dont think about money when it comes to hiring.But yes when its about appraisal they might drive you crazy... as appraisals are directly proportional to how well you behaved like a donkey! They dont like smart people but prefer donkeys If you are joining at a level where you dont have any reporting relationship with top management, go for it! Else think twice
