      Lack of innovation is killing business, employee morale, and future

      Generous vacation time and benefits.

      Cons

      Senior leaders try to make gains/headway by cutting expenses rather than investing in innovation. This company should not have the word "software" in its name, since by nature "software" implies creativity, innovation, change, and risk. This company is none of the above.

      Pros

      Company support remote work, new leadership with a focus on Client Culture, Many of the products the software side sells are best in class, there are many good people in the company willing to help.

      Cons

      Much of the old management still exists and focuses only on a sale (at any cost), they don't truly care about clients. Company still makes bad deals that are a lose-lose for short term gain. New sales structure (while it may make sense), is not vetted out and the sales management have no interest in making it work.

      Great coworkers, frequent team events, compensation was good, hours of work (9-5), paid vacation. great benefits

      Cons

      Micromanaged, selling products in an industry that is decreasing, inadequate training. little room for growth. sales people who have been in the role for a long time receive majority of the accounts in "open" territory which makes it hard for new Account Manager's to succeed.
