Company which really takes care of employees
Pros
I have worked here with the smartest leader across the globe. You get to learn a lot working with them, and you are empowered to make decisions. PB takes good care of employee overall well-being, be it work like balance, growth, HR initiatives, technical challenges etc. You learn, grow and at the same time feel empowered and motivated to deliver more. The culture is positive and you feel happy being at work. HR head needs special mention as she takes care of human aspects, even people personal issues for any decision.
Cons
You are doing good and taking care of your employee already. I think they can work more on inputs from Engagement survey and chalk out roles for employees who have potential and can do good if given opportunity. More focus on growing employees with technical bent.
