      A lot of companies talk about culture but this one has it. You can count on your teammates to support you. They are very fair and treat their people well.

      They have some senior team members who are resistant to change. They need to hire some people with fresh ideas.

      Too much uncertainty. If you survived the recent layoffs, you are now doing the work of 2 - 3 people. The bottom line may look better, but this culture is not sustainable. Moral is very low.
