      Pros

      You will receive some of the best training in the industry to do your job. The training you receive should make you marketable for other companies in the future. The benefits are great, 401K is great. Pretty good work/life/balance.

      Cons

      Significant turnover in the management ranks, low salaries. People tend to stay in the same positions forever (15, 20, 25+ years), if lucky. Very limited growth opportunities. If you want a promotion (good luck!), you have to move to a different department or wait for someone to retire.

      Pros

      My experience with PB (Noida) has been great. My only reason of leaving PB was relocation to Bangalore. Very friendly and encouraging work culture. Challenging environment with lots of good opportunities to work. I was able to balance my family and work because of PB's employee friendly policies.I would love to work again with PB. Definitely a company from which I have not only grown professionally but also personally. Some of the people I met here were amongst the best professionals that I have met in my professional career. Lots of positive memories from PB for me:-)

      Nothing as such to mention, I am happy with my stay at PB.
