      Business growth slowing

      Pros

      Worked out great for me. Saw business growth for 6 years and income level growth.

      Cons

      Business suddenly slowed, company doors closing and downsizing which impacted me tremendously. Especially in the Federal market which is slowing. We also didn't have any State Govt presence so I couldn't experience growth in that market either.

      Pros

      Some great and tallented technical staff in the CDLI function Had some great products such as the MapInfo brand

      Cons

      Several acquisitions and merges diluted the skills, knowledge and communication whilst increasing the number of products to hundreds! Some enormous egos and professional managers climbing the corporate ladder without adding value. Loosing key technical staff regularly.

      Multinational, solid company. Nice working with specialist from Europe.

      Bad local managment especially in Belgium. In Belgium company is too small.
