PB relies on its' past products, fear and lack of customer knowledge to earn profits, rather than customer satisfaction.

Recognition working with large organization, working with many industries nationally and regionally.

Cons

PB wants its' employees to instill fear and confusion to the clients about their product leases. They do not want employees to accurately inform clients about actual prices, functions, features, or lease timeframes and dates. Once working, they (management) embrace a subjective system (not standardized) for promotion and demotion.

No advancement, never missed a day work never been late in 5 years, means nothing. I have received in years a 0.70 cent raise.
