Other than above three points not good place to work for. 1. Company do not care about employee. 2. Focus is more on clients and sales 3. Less or invisible learning opportunity 4. Zero growth opportunities. PB will keep you in the same role until you retire. 5. Give your 100 % to the company in return you will get peanuts. No appreciation at all. 6. Company can use any personal thing you shared with them against you. This was not expected from HR I would suggest stay away from this company unless fresher. In few years you will realise you ended up with zero NEW skills as well as old skills gone being in PB.
