Pay was poor but this was to be expected as it was an intern role

- Market has declined rapidly and steps have not been taken to address it - Training dept was made redundant so All training is outsourced which results in poor quality. - company has no interest in making people better so therefore people have a closed mindset. - All that matters is the metrics you are measured against even if they don’t mean anything
