Pros

High level of responsibility and accountability extended. Technical training was solid via manufacturer.

Cons

Lack of proper managerial support and understanding for a remote office which covered a geographical area the size of France. Service techs were scattered by customer demand and not current; scrambling to catch up with technology. No balance of information for prospective and current customers between the new devices and the old equipment.

Pros

I think this a great entry-level opportunity to enter the legal field

Cons

Parameters of job are strict and not much opportunity to take more tasks.

Pros

Great opportunity to learn office services from the mailroom out. Good for someone with customer service experience and attitude, but not much training.

Cons

Unclear expeectations, when a site goes, the process from a worker's end can be a bit erratic, off-putting and demoralizing. Insurance is a high cost.
