      Leave Policy and 14 Indian Public Holiday and Nothing good about PB now

      - Zero Work Life Balance -Work work and only work -Almost Zero time to learn new things and implement it -People at higher position don't listen you and only force you to complete your work -People at US always jealous about 14 Indian Public Holiday as if US Govt is giving them nothing -No Humanity if you are working with a US manager directly -No good Salary hike -No Salary hike during promotion -They will fire you at anytime as the company is struggling for own business -Think twice thrice even 100 times before joining -100% genuine review after working 5 years in this company

      The people here are top notch and I loved working with them every day!

      Cons

      The e-commerce side of the company is closing and everyone is losing their job. Their lay off procedures have been crappy to say the least. A company that spends millions on robotics in their facilities and have internal systems that are clunky and not user friendly amazes me even after 3 years there.
