Pros
Easy work culture, Good work-life balance, Excellent guys in US technically who grooms guys in India. Pretty Good salary for low-quality work. (for Indians)US management is hell bent on spending dollars without bothering for quality. At least 50% of managers work 20-25 hours a week and earn full salary, but not fault of theirs as they have hardly any work. In India, Guys at the director level are hired and made to sit on bench for 6-8 months or do very very low stuff work.
Cons
Highly politicised. Top heavy. Company has hired too many guys and don't know what to do with them. Very low quality work. you don't really need to work to earn good money.
