      Great work life balance, very smart people and good management. They have taken Borderfree and turned it into a great company that continues to expand and innovate.Office location in Maddison Ave NYC is fantastic. Also good opportunities to live and work overseas.

      Good management at higher level, nice colleagues, good job orientation, good company to work with, market Mapping is automated, overall nice environment.

      Cons

      Regional level job hierarchical issues in job allocation, age old practice in promotion and recognitions, slow decision making as most of the customers are govt.
