      Peaceful life, work to life balance was awesome, lack of growth for beginners.

      Pros

      Friendly environment, no micro management, peaceful life. A great many facility.

      Cons

      Salary is average, and no standard followed as in two different people having same job role and same experience having big difference wrt salary. No scope for growth, You are restricted to code in a classical way. No foods and snacks, so many meetings, politics. Not recommended for freshers or beginners.

      Vacation package is nice. Onsite health clinic is convenient.

      Cons

      Product support manager treats her department like a bunch of children. The company's vision is clearly to move all product support over seas to manilla taking jobs away from Americans. Supervisors have too much on their plates diluting their performance in all area's. Constant change leading to a sense of perpetual limbo. Departmental seniority policies allowing short time employees preference in schedules and the like. No future. Quality Assurance guidelines are grey and opinionated rather than clearly defined expectations and a scoring system to match. Bonuses near impossible to earn.
