      Great culture, with a real investment in your personal development Agile/Flexible working available with most functions / departments

      Cons

      Rapidly moving organisation, so can be challenging to get new initiatives off the ground as the people keep changing.

      Interesting suite of products. Good value adds. Challenging and exciting customer interactions in a rapidly changing market. Some very bright minds and inspiring colleagues.

      Cons

      Some problems uniting the many products and businesses they acquired. Hard to see, and articulate, where they all fit into an overall goal.

      Pros

      Good onboarding and reasonable salary. Benefits are OK but like any other company they keep adjusting them in the opposite direction.

      Cons

      Senior management is too far removed from day to day personnel. Attempting to grow through acquisition into new business areas. Have a tendency to throw the baby out with the bathwater in the interest of "operational efficiency." This creates a lot of stress with the front line team.
