      Pros

      Flexible and home working makes a good work/life balance. The ability to manage own workloads without micro management. Pleasant working conditions and offices.

      Cons

      There is very much an "us and them" feeling. If you are not a Director/VP you are a nobody. The company concentrate on rewarding the hierarchy and not those lower down the scale. Administrative staff do not receive any benefits. Salaries not in keeping with the outside market, not competitive for clerical staff. Work loads not sustainable.

      There are some very dedicated employees that make the work environment compelling. The company brand is well recognized and is financially stable.

      Cons

      Executive leadership lacks vision and a clear direction. The company refused to pay as per the compensation plan when sales people over achieved by a very wide margin.

      Nice people in the technical departments. Good pay. Good atmosphere

      Cons

      No chance of a pay rise. No communication between sales and development means that what you offer to do for the client isn't what sales promised that you could do.
